  • Yes! ADAPT Readiness & Resilience wants to provide you with a free opportunity to test your plans and learn from others in considerations to make for your own planning efforts.

We won't push you to buy anything, but if you like what you find in the workshop, we're happy to help dive deeper into your own specific plans in a separate workshop or exercise.

  • There's never any pressure to share sensitive information about your organization's response to an incident, as we're aware not all details should be spread. We won't call on anyone to share specifics, but we'll encourage you to share your own insights and perspectives from your experiences. We also highly encourage questions, but ask to remember our time is limited, so plan/process specific questions may need to be addressed after the workshop.

  • We'll have Matt Rodriguez, ADAPT's owner, facilitating this exercise. He's spent the last 15 years in public safety in the volunteer fire service, and the last 10 of those years between Local Emergency Management and Federal contracting, leading programs in emergency response and designing and facilitating all levels of emergency exercises for various response partners and non-governmental organizations. Matt has earned the FEMA certification as a Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) among many other credentials to support the growth of partner readiness and collaboration.
